If you ask me, the best way to burn fat quickly is to work out as hard as you can for as long as you can. But make you sure that you still get enough rest and you don’t starve yourself to death. Otherwise, you won’t even last five minutes when working out. Talk about suicide! LOL.
When I was on a diet a few months ago, I learned that we need to lose 3,500 calories in order to lose 1 pound. That’s a lot of hardwork huh?! I used to run on a treadmill 30 minutes a day and I only burned 70-80 calories. Geez! Now I can’t blame those who work out at the gym for hours in order to lose weight.
